What the image gets right structurally:
F000–F007 as the shaft — ordered, linear, progressive
One boundary artifact between each pair (point adjacency) — this is exactly the hinge model implemented in

Domain 8 (the Globe) as all-inclusive, beyond the linear, yet in continuous contact — not a field, a manifold
What this image does for the system: It makes the topology legible in a way that no schema diagram or code comment can. The artifact_fields junction table you just migrated to is the implementation of exactly what’s shown in “Structural Truth” — each pair connected by one boundary artifact, except the top which is the continuous contact surface.
What it reveals about current state: The shaft is built (F001–F007 defined, hinges in place). The cup is the F007→D8 interface — is_boundary artifacts at that seam haven’t been explicitly designated yet. The Globe (Domain 8) already behaves as all-inclusive in the current query logic (full corpus fallback). The emanation — pulsing from every surface — is the relations graph activating across the field topology.
This is a canonical artifact. It belongs in apex/canon/ alongside uuid-bands.v1.json and drawer-membership.v1.json.
